摘 要:热耦合精馏技术是一种高效节能的分离工艺,通过内部或外部热能回收显著降低能耗,并在复杂混合物的分离中表现出优异的性能。综述了内部热耦合精馏(Internally Heat Integrated Distillation Column,HIDiC)、差压热耦合精馏(Pressure-Swing Thermally Coupled Distillation,PSTCD)和反应精馏热耦合技术(Thermally Coupled Reactive Distillation,TCRD)的研究进展,重点分析了其节能效果、优化设计及工业应用,探讨了新技术在绿色化工中的潜力与挑战,为未来分离工艺的创新和工业推广提供了理论依据。Thermal coupled distillation technology is an efficient and energy-saving separation process that significantly reduces energy consumption through internal or external heat recovery,and exhibits excellent performance in the separation of complex mixtures.This article re-views the research progress of internal thermal coupled distillation(HIDiC),differential pressure thermal coupled distillation(PSTCD),and reactive distillation thermal coupled technology(TCRD),with a focus on analyzing their energy-saving effects,optimized designs,and industrial applications.The potential and challenges of new technologies in green chemistry are explored,providing a theoretical basis for future innovation and industrial promotion of separation processes.
