预辐照聚偏氟乙烯粉体接枝丙烯酸的亲水化改性研究

摘  要:用60Coγ射线预辐照接枝法,在聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)粉体上接枝丙烯酸单体(AAc),制备了含有亲水性基团的PVDF-g-AAc粉体。研究结果表明,接枝率随着反应时间增大,5h后基本不变;接枝率随辐照剂量增大而增大,当辐照剂量大于30KGy时,接枝率趋于稳定。通过红外光谱分析,证实了丙烯酸成功接枝到PVDF粉体上。此外,水浴温度、阻聚剂浓度和单体浓度对接枝率均有显著影响。最佳反应条件为水浴温度75℃,阻聚剂浓度为2mmol/L,单体AAc体积分数为60%时,最大接枝率达到14.58%。实验结果为PVDF材料的亲水化改性提供了一种简单、高效的工业化生产方法。Acrylic acid(AAc)was graft on to polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)powder by 60Coγ-ray pre-irradiation method,PVDF-g-AAc powders containing hydrophilic groups were prepared.The results showed that the grafting rate increased with the reaction time,which was basically unchanged after 5 h.The grafting rate increased with the irradiation dose,and stabilized when the irradiation dose was greater than 30 KGy.The successful grafting of acrylic acid onto PVDF powder was confirmed by infrared spectral analysis.In addition,the water bath temperature,polymerization inhibitor concentration and monomer concentration had significant effects on the grafting rate.The optimal reaction conditions were water bath temperature of 75℃,polymerization blocker concentration of 2 mmol/L,and monomer AAc volume fraction of 60%when the maximum grafting rate reached 14.58%.This study provided a simple and efficient industrialized production method for the hydrophilic modification of PVDF materials.
