摘 要:高温高压密封是化工设备安全运行的重要环节,密封材料的选择与性能评估直接关系到设备的稳定性和使用寿命。针对化工设备在高温高压工况下的密封需求,分析了不同工艺对密封材料性能的要求,归纳了常用密封材料的特性与适用场景。通过研究密封材料的选择原则与方法,提出了基于物理、力学、密封、化学性能的综合评估体系,以期为化工设备密封设计与优化提供参考。High temperature and high pressure sealing is an important part of the safe operation of chemical equipment,and the selection and performance evaluation of sealing materials directly affect the stability and service life of the equipment.Focuses on the sealing requirements of chemical equipment under high temperature and high pressure conditions,the performance requirements of sealing materials for different processes are analyzed,the characteristics and applicable scenarios of commonly used sealing materials are summarized.By studying the selection principles and methods of sealing materials,a comprehensive evaluation system based on physical,mechanical,sealing,and chemical properties is proposed to provide reference for the design and optimization of chemical equipment seals.
