摘 要:土壤中硼含量是影响植物生长的重要因素。因此,研究土壤中硼含量的方法具有重要的意义。通过采用碱熔-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法来测定土壤中硼的浓度,通过碱熔时间、温度、溶解酸、谱线波长等条件的选择,对实验方法进行了优化,并指出了实验中的关键点和易错点,同时对中高低样品及标准物质样品进行了精密度和正确度的检测,通过实验验证了该方法的可行性,并给出了相应的数据处理方法。结果表明:该方法能够准确地检测到土壤中硼元素浓度。同时,该方法还具有较高的灵敏度和重复性。可以为相关领域的科研工作者提供一种高效可靠的手段,以提高土壤中硼的监测水平。The boron content within soil is a critical factor influencing plant growth,necessitating the development of effective methodolo-gies for its assessment.By employing alkali fusion-inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry to quantify boron concentrations in soil sam-ples,the experimental protocol was refined through the optimization of variables such as alkali fusion duration,temperature,acid dissolution,and spectral line wavelength,among other conditions.Critical aspects and potential sources of error within the experimental process were identified.Ad-ditionally,the precision and accuracy of the method were evaluated using medium and high concentration samples as well as standard reference ma-terials.The experimental findings confirm the method’s feasibility,and appropriate data processing techniques are presented.Results indicate that this approach reliably and accurately measures boron concentrations in soil,demonstrating high sensitivity and repeatability.Consequently,this method offers an efficient and dependable tool for researchers aiming to enhance soil boron monitoring capabilities.
