摘  要:尿酸UA是嘌呤类物质的代谢终产物,其在血液中的浓度可在一定程度上反映人体健康和疾病风险。研究利用制备的氧化钴/石墨烯修饰电极,采用差分脉冲溶出伏安法(DPSV)和循环伏安法(CV)研究了UA的电化学性能。结果表明在选定的最佳条件下,该修饰电极对UA氧化具有较好催化效果。当UA浓度在0.005~1mmol/L范围内时,其与氧化峰电流呈良好线性关系,检出限低至0.013978mmol/L。制备的修饰电极稳定性强,重现性、选择性良好,用于尿样UA检测时,加标回收率为92.7%~98.9%。Uric acid(UA)is the end product of purine metabolism,and its concentration in blood can reflect human health and disease risk to a certain extent.The oxidized cobalt/graphene modified electrode was prepared,and differential pulse dissolution voltammetry(DPSV)and cy-clic voltammetry(CV)were used to investigate the electrochemical properties of UA.The results showed that under the optimal conditions,the mod-ified electrode has a good catalytic effect on the oxidation of UA.When the concentration of UA is within the range of 0.005~1 mmol/L,there is a good linear relationship with the oxidation peak current,and the detection limit is as low as 0.013978 mmol/L.The prepared modified electrode has strong stability,good reproducibility and selectivity.When used for the determination of urine sample UA,the recovery rate of the standard addition is 92.7%~98.9%.
