摘  要:随着精细化工领域向着“绿色转型”这一发展方向前进,此阶段对高素质工程技术人才的需求也在日益增加。因此,基于结果导向教育(Outcome-based Education,OBE)理念对当前精细化工专业实验教学进行改革,将能够针对当前精细化工专业实验教学存在的实验内容单一、教学方法传统等问题,建立起一个从教学内容的更新优化、教学方法创新及考核评价体系的多元化等方面的探索策略,进而帮助学生更好地适应精细化工行业的技术需求,为行业发展培养出更多高素质的应用型人才。With the development direction of"green transformation"in the field of fine chemical industry,the demand for high-quality engineering and technical personnel is increasing at this stage.Therefore,based on the concept of outcome-based education(OBE),the reform of the current experimental teaching of fine chemical engineering specialty will be able to establish an exploration strategy from the aspects of updating and optimizing the teaching content,innovating the teaching methods and diversifying the evaluation system,aiming at the problems existing in the current experimental teaching of fine chemical engineering specialty.In turn,this will help students better adapt to the technical needs of the fine chemical industry and cultivate more high-quality applied talents for the development of the industry.
