摘  要:石墨深加工是石墨制品在诸多领域广泛应用的保障。浮选工艺、氢氟酸工艺、碱酸工艺、氯化焙烧工艺、高温工艺是目前提纯石墨的常用工艺,每种工艺均有各自的优缺点,实际生产中应根据石墨的产地、品质、应用行业需求等因素选择适宜的提纯工艺。通过蒸发浓缩提纯工艺可以实现石墨提纯生产废水的资源化再利用,提高了回用率,降低企业生产成本,减轻废水处理压力。Deep processing of graphite is the guarantee of the wide application of graphite products in many fields.The common process of graphite deep processing mainly includes flotation process,hydrofluoric acid process,alkali acid process,chlorination roasting process,high tem-perature process,etc.Each process has its own advantages and disadvantages.The actual production should be based on the origin of graphite,quality,application industry demand and other factors to choose the appropriate purification process.The evaporation concentration and purifica-tion process can realize the recycling of graphite purification wastewater,improve the reuse rate,reduce the production cost of enterprises,and re-duce the pressure of wastewater treatment.
