摘 要:乙烯-丙烯-二烯单体橡胶(EPDM)因其具有优异的耐热性、耐磨性、耐老化性和耐化学品性被广泛应用于汽车、航天、建筑等多个领域。基于此,首先分析了基于高纯双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯(BIPB)工艺优化的EPDM特种橡胶性能提升的原则,其次研究了基于高纯BIPB工艺优化的EPDM特种橡胶性能提升的路径,包含高纯BIPB制备工艺优化、基于高纯BIPB的EPDM添加工艺优化、基于高纯BIPB的EPDM交联工艺优化,通过分析和研究旨在为EPDM特种橡胶的性能提升提供了有效的路径和措施,为橡胶行业的绿色发展和技术进步做出了贡献。Ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber(EPDM)is widely used in various fields such as automobiles,aerospace,and con-struction due to its excellent heat resistance,wear resistance,aging resistance,and chemical resistance.Based on this,the principles of improving the performance of EPDM special rubber based on high-purity BIPB process optimization are analyzed.Secondly,the path of improving the perfor-mance of EPDM special rubber based on high-purity BIPB process optimization is studied,including the optimization of high-purity BIPB prepara-tion process,EPDM addition process based on high-purity BIPB,and EPDM cross-linking process based on high-purity BIPB.Through the analysis and research of the article,it aims to provide effective paths and measures for improving the performance of EPDM special rubber,and contribute to the green development and technological progress of the rubber industry.
