摘  要:利用炼化一体化企业内部原料互供,充分体现乙烯裂解原料的多样化、优质化、轻质化发展趋势和优势。该乙烯装置采用SW前脱丙烷前加氢的工艺包,设计操作弹性60%~110%,讨论了原料异构烷化对乙烯装置的影响。针对原料异构化化后装置所出现的瓶颈问题进行分析并提出优化措施,为后续装置的双烯收率提高、能耗降低提供优化方向。The development trend and advantage of diversification,quality and lightness of ethylene cracking raw materials are fully reflected by the mutual supply of raw materials in the integrated refining and chemical enterprises.The ethylene plant adopts the process package before SW depropanation and hydrogenation,the design operating elasticity is 60%~110%,and the influence of isomeric alkylation of feedstock on the ethylene plant is discussed.The bottleneck problem of the plant after the isomerization of raw materials was analyzed and the optimization measures were put forward to achieve the purpose of increasing the yield of diene and reducing the energy consumption.
