摘 要:通过对反应原理及物料性质进行分析,探究四(三氟膦)镍转化镍后处理过程氨洗液中镍元素的来源及存在形式。确定使用80%的水合肼还原的回收方法,通过设计单因素实验,得到优化工艺条件:即镍络合物离子浓度为0.025mol/L;溶液pH值为11.0,加热温度为160℃。经过还原处理后,从氨洗液中回收得到大于5%的镍单质,回收镍杂质元素含量及粒度均小于转化工艺的镍产品。Based on the analysis of reaction principle and material properties,the origin and existence form of nickel in ammonia lotion during nickel conversion and nickel post-treatment were investigated.The recovery method of 80%reduction of hydrazine hydrate was determined,and the optimized process conditions were obtained through the design of single factor experiment:the concentration of nickel complex ion was 0.025 mol/L;The pH of the solution is 11.0 and the heating temperature is 160℃.After the reduction treatment,more than 5%nickel was recovered from the ammonia solution,and the content and particle size of the recovered nickel products were smaller than that of the conversion process.
