摘 要:丙烯醇及其衍生产品在工业领域中具有极为广泛的应用前景。然而在丙烯醇制备及其衍生产物的连续化工业生产过程中会伴随多元共沸混合物分离的技术难点。为实现混合体系中丙烯醇回收及其衍生产品分离,研究依托于实际生产的混合物组成,利用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件开发了相应的分离路线,并获得了单一设备能耗最小化下的工艺参数。该设计为工业生产中丙烯醇的高效利用提供了重要参考价值,对提升工业生产的经济效益和可持续性具有重要现实意义。同时,醇水分离一直是工业技术中的难题。设计了一种丙烯醇-水-环氧氯丙烷三元共沸混合物的分离路线,结果表明该分离路线的提出对于丙烯醇的循环利用和醇水分离技术的发展具有显著的实际应用价值和指导意义。Acrylic alcohol and its derivatives have broad application prospects in industrial field.However,the preparation of acrylic alcohol and the continuous industrial production of its derivatives are accompanied by technical difficulties in the separation of azeotropic mixtures.To achieve the recovery of acrylic alcohol and the separation of its derivative products in the mixed system,the study developed a corresponding separation route based on compositions of actual production mixtures with Aspen Plus process simulation software,and obtained process parameters with minimized energy consumption for individual equipment.Research provides important reference value for the efficient utilization of acrylic alcohol in industrial production,practical significance for improving the economic efficiency and sustainability of industrial production.Meanwhile,separation for alcohol and water has always been a challenge in industrial technology.A separation route for ternary azeotropic mixture of acrylic alcohol,water,and epichlorohydrin is designed.Results indicate significant practical application value,guiding significance for the recycling of acrylic alcohol and the development of alcohol-water separation technology.
