α-羟基酮的碘催化氧化合成及其抗菌性能

摘  要:α-羟基酮类化合物广泛存在于许多天然产物中。同时,α-羟基酮类化合物所具备的特殊抗菌、抗炎等生物活性使其在药物、香料、光引发剂等研究领域扮演着重要角色。因此,利用碘单质催化二甲基亚砜(DMSO)氧化酮类反应,通过简便的操作,有效地合成了18个不同取代基的α-羟基酮类化合物,其中1个为新化合物,并对所合成的化合物进行了生物活性测试。结果显示,大部分化合物的MIC值都为500μg/mL,表明所合成的化合物都表现出一定的抗菌性能,可为α-羟基酮类化合物应用于化妆品领域提供一定基础。α-hydroxy ketones are widely found in many natural products.At the same time,the special antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and other biological activities ofα-hydroxy ketones make them play an important role in the research fields of drugs,spices,photoinitiators and so on.Therefore,the oxidation reaction of dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)to ketones is catalyzed by iodine.Through simple operation,18α-hydroxy ketones with different substituents were effectively synthesized,one of which was a new compound,and the biological activity of the synthesized compounds was tested.The results show that the MIC values of most of the compounds are 500μg/mL,indicating that the synthesized compounds have certain antibacterial properties.These researches can provide a basis for the application ofα-hydroxy ketones in the field of cosmetics.
