摘  要:通过复合固体推进剂静电感度测试仪原理、静电感度测试中的发火判断问题和静电感度影响因素等的简单论述,并进行了复合固体推进剂装药典型物料(含能固体颗粒、药浆、成品)静电感度测试,通过数据分析,得出如下初步结论:AP单质随粒度增大对静电的敏感性降低;推进剂含能固体颗粒及其混合物中,RDX的静电感度最敏感;AP混合物中加入RDX后,其混合物静电感度比AP单质趋于敏感;同一配方,料浆相比成品药对静电感度更敏感。A brief discussion on the principles of the composite solid propellant electrostatic sensitivity tester,issues related to ignition de-termination during electrostatic sensitivity testing,and factors influencing electrostatic sensitivity was presented.Additionally,electrostatic sensitiv-ity tests were conducted on typical materials used in composite solid propellant charges(including energetic solid particles,propellant slurry,and finished products).Based on data analysis,the following preliminary conclusions were drawn:The electrostatic sensitivity of pure AP decreases as particle size increases.Among the energetic solid particles and their mixtures in propellants,RDX exhibits the highest electrostatic sensitivity.When RDX is added to AP mixtures,the electrostatic sensitivity of the mixture becomes higher than that of pure AP.For the same formulation,slurry is more sensitive to electrostatic discharge compared to the finished propellant.
