摘  要:对苯二胺(p-phenylenediamines,PPDs)是一类被广泛应用于橡胶工业的抗氧化剂,该类物质可以有效保护橡胶制品免受臭氧反应导致的老化。随着橡胶制品的老化、磨损,PPDs被释放进入环境中,目前在水体、空气颗粒物和土壤等环境中被检测到。有研究表明,N-(1,3-二甲基丁基)-N′-苯基-对苯二胺(6PPD)在环境中会被氧化生成醌类化合物(6PPD-quinone,6PPD-Q),6PPD-Q可导致美国太平洋银鲑急性死亡。根据构效关系推测,其他PPDs化合物的醌类衍生物(PPD-Qs)很可能会和6PPD-Q一样具有明显的生物毒性。本研究综述了PPDs及PPD-Qs在环境中的分布、组成等研究进展,并对未来关于PPDs及PPDQs的相关研究提出了一些建议。p-phenylenediamines(PPDs)are a class of antioxidants widely used in the rubber industry,which can effectively protect rubber products from the aging caused by ozone reaction.As rubber products age and wear,PPDs could be released into the environment and they have been detected in water,air particles and soils.Studies have shown that N-(1,3-dimethylbutyl)-N´-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine quinone(6PPD)can be oxidized in the environment to form 6PPDquinone(6PPD-Q),which can cause the acute death of Coho salmon(Oncorhynchus kisutch)in the Pacific Northwest.Based on the structure-activity relationship,it is likely that quinone derivatives of other PPDs compounds(PPD-Qs)will be as biologically toxic as 6PPD-Q.This paper briefly The research progress on the distribution and composition of PPDs and PPD-Qs in the environment was reviewed,and some suggestions for the future research on PPDs and PPD-Qs were put forward.
