摘  要:基氏流动度是一种表征煤的塑性和流变性的指标,是基于均向热场的炼焦煤黏结性表征手段。本文介绍了基氏流动度的基本原理、基氏流动度与其他煤质指标和焦炭质量指标之间的关联,并介绍了国内焦化企业对基氏流动度的应用现状。由于基氏流动度指标相较传统指标有更强的黏结性区分能力,炼焦企业将基氏流动度引入配煤能够达到降本增效的目的。目前基氏流动度在煤焦化领域的应用仍处于探索阶段,如何将基氏流动度成体系地引入煤焦化领域,是未来焦化行业发展的关键。The Gieseler test is an index for characterizing the plasticity and rheology of coal and a method for evaluating the cohesiveness of coking coal under a uniform thermal field.The basic principle of the Gieseler test was introduced,its relationships with other coal quality and coke quality indexes was explored,and its application status in domestic coking enterprises was discussed.The Gieseler test index exhibited stronger adhesion capability than traditional indexes,enabling cost reduction and profitability improvement in coal blending.Currently,its application in coal coking remained in the exploratory stage.Integrating the Gieseler test into coal coking processes will be critical for future advancements in the coking industry.
