摘  要:本研究通过回收工业硅铝胶废渣等废弃物,制备出莫来石晶须,并进一步制备出复合相变凝胶保温蓄能材料。通过358份(Al/Si摩尔比为3:1)工业硅铝胶废渣制备出硅烷功能化莫来石晶须分散液。然后将该分散液与二氧化硅气凝胶混合,得到硅烷功能化莫来石/二氧化硅气凝胶,进一步制备出硅烷功能化莫来石/二氧化硅-石蜡复合凝胶。通过实验发现该凝胶中硅烷功能化莫来石晶须的质量分数为3%,相变潜热为165.1 kJ/kg。将复合凝胶干燥至完全干燥,得到硅烷功能化莫来石/二氧化硅-石蜡相变气凝胶,该材料可用作性能优良且制备方法简单的复合相变凝胶保温蓄能材料。Mullite whisker was prepared by recycling industrial waste such as silica and aluminum adhesive waste residue.Subsequently,composite phase-change gel thermal insulation and energy storage materials were further developed.Specifically,a silane-functionalized mullite whisker dispersion was prepared from 358 parts(with an Al/Si molar ratio of 3:1)of industrial silica gel waste.Then,this dispersion was mixed with silica aerogel to obtain silane-functionalized mullite/silica aerogel.After that,a silane-functionalized mullite/silica-paraffin composite gel was prepared.In the gel,the mass fraction of the silane-functionalized mullite whisker was 3%,and its latent heat of phase transition is 165.1 kJ/kg.The silane-functionalized mullite/silica-paraffin phase change aerogel was obtained by drying the composite gel to complete dryness.This material can serve as a high performance thermal insulation and energy storage material for composite phase change gels.It featured excellent properties and a simple preparation method.
