摘 要:选用环保可持续型的柠檬酸钝化工艺对301和304不锈钢材料进行处理,以提高其耐腐蚀性拓宽其应用范围。主要研究了柠檬酸含量、钝化温度和钝化时间对不锈钢耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,最佳钝化工艺条件为:H_(2)O_(2)含量为15wt%,柠檬酸含量为4wt%的钝化液,钝化时间为45 min。此外,301不锈钢的最佳钝化温度为50℃,而304不锈钢的最佳钝化温度为55℃。在相同条件下柠檬酸钝化处理后的301和304不锈钢耐腐蚀性能对比分析,304不锈钢耐腐蚀性能更佳。An environmentally sustainable citric acid passivation process was used to treat 301 and 304 stainless steel materials to improve their corrosion resistance and broaden their application range.The effects of citric acid content,passivation temperature and passivation time on corrosion resistance of stainless steel were studied.The results showed that the optimal passivation process conditions for the two types of stainless steel were as follows:a passivation solution with 15wt%content of H_(2)O_(2),4wt%content of citric acid and 45 min of passivation time.In addition,the optimal passivation temperature for 301 stainless steel was 50℃,while the optimal passivation temperature for 304 stainless steel was 55℃.Comparative analysis of the corrosion resistance of 301 and 304 stainless steel treated with citric acid passivation under the same conditions showed that 304 stainless steel had better corrosion resistance.
