摘 要:以三种磷建筑石膏进行对比实验,揭开了原材料性质与制备抹灰石膏物理性能之间的影响关系。结果表明:标准稠度用水量和凝结时间与磷建筑石膏粒径尺寸呈正比变化,硬化体强度则以先增大后减小趋势变化;磷建筑石膏原料粒径D_(50)、D_(90)达到21.4μm、64.3μm时,以其制备的抹灰石膏初凝为66 min、终凝为77 min,保水率则达到78%,抗折强度为3.4 MPa、抗压强度为12.6 MPa,拉伸粘接强度则为0.7 MPa,远超国标要求。可溶性磷、氟等杂质明显降低抹灰石膏产品的各项性能指标。Comparative experiments with three types of phosphorus building gypsum were conducted to uncover the relationship between the properties of raw materials and the physical properties of plastering gypsum The results showed that the standard consistency water consumption and setting time of plastering gypsum were directly proportional to the particle size of phosphogypsum,while the strength of the hardened body increased first and then decreased.When the particle size D_(50)and D90 of the phosphorus building gypsum raw material reached 21.4μm and 64.3μm,the initial setting time of the plaster gypsum prepared from it was 66 min,the final setting time was 77 min,the water retention rate reached 78%,the flexural strength was 3.4 MPa,the compressive strength was 12.6 MPa,and the tensile bonding strength was 0.7 MPa,far exceeding the national standard requirements.The presence of soluble phosphorus,fluorine and other impurities significantly reduced the physical properties of plastering gypsum products.
