摘  要:堵漏低密度水泥浆是解决固井漏失的一种有效手段。通过对空心微珠在高压下破碎情况的分析,进行了微珠筛选,可以满足大多数固井井况的水泥浆密度变化≤0.03 g/cm^(3);另外增强剂C-SE4可以有效提升低密度水泥石强度;纤维堵漏材料、颗粒堵漏都具有良好的应用性能,同时通过复配必要的固井外加剂,构建了1.3~1.5 g/cm^(3)堵漏低密度水泥浆体系,可以根据现场需求调节水泥浆密度,且纤维堵漏材料和颗粒堵漏材料搭配使用,可封堵裂缝宽度最大可达1 mm,最高承压5 MPa,堵漏效果显著提高。Leak sealing low-density cement slurry is an effective means to solve cementing leakage.By analyzing the fragmentation of hollow micro-sphere under high pressure,micro-sphere screening was conducted,which can meet the requirement of cement slurry density variation≤0.03 g/cm^(3)for most cementing well conditions.In addition,the reinforcing agent C-SE4 can effectively enhance the strength of low-density cement paste.Fiber plugging materials and particle plugging materials had good application performance.At the same time,by compounding necessary cementing additives,a low-density cement slurry system with a density of 1.3~1.5 g/cm^(3)for plugging was constructed.The density of the cement slurry can be adjusted according to on-site needs.The combination of fiber plugging materials and particle plugging materials can block cracks with a maximum width of 1 mm and a maximum pressure of 5 MPa,significantly improving the plugging effect.
