摘  要:研究了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定铝合金中稀土元素的方法,试样经氢氧化钠分解,盐酸硝酸酸化后,以Li为内标,同时测定16种稀土元素;标准曲线以氢氧化钠溶解的纯铝打底,经盐酸硝酸酸化,用基体匹配的方法消除基体干扰;同时,向标准溶液中加入铝合金中常见的铜、锰等主量元素,以研究其主量元素带来的干扰;实验证明,16种稀土元素在0.005%~0.5%范围内线性良好,相关系数r均大于0.9999;平行测定0.005%的溶液11份,RSD小于5%,满足定量分析要求;采用加和法比对标准物质稀土总量,测量结果与标准物质参考值吻合,加标回收率均在90%~110%之间;基体干扰基本消除,主量元素的干扰可以忽略,结果令人满意。Focusing on the application of Inductively Coupled Plasma-Optical Emission Spectrometry(ICP-OES)for the determination of rare-earth elements in aluminum alloys,the samples were decomposed with sodium hydroxide and then acidified using hydrochloric acid and nitric acid.With lithium(Li)as the internal standard,16 rare-earth elements were simultaneously measured.To establish the standard curve,pure aluminum was dissolved in sodium hydroxide and then acidified with hydrochloric acid and nitric acid.The matrix interference is eliminated by the matrix-matching method.Meanwhile,common major elements in aluminum alloys,such as copper and manganese,were added to the standard solution to investigate the interference caused by these major elements.It was demonstrated that the 16 rare-earth elements exhibited good linearity in the range of 0.005%to 0.5%,with a correlation coefficient(r)greater than 0.9999.When measuring 11 parallel solutions with a concentration of 0.005%,the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 5%,which met the requirements for quantitative analysis.The standard addition method was employed to compare the total amount of rare-earth elements in the reference material.The measurement results was consistent with the reference values of the standard material,and the standard addition recovery rate ranged from 90%to 110%.The interference from the matrix and major elements can be ignored,and the results were satisfactory.
