摘　　要：建立离子色谱法测定奥硝唑分散片中亚硝酸盐。采用Dionex IonPac^(TM)AS18阴离子交换色谱柱(250 mm×4.0 mm,5μm);氢氧化钾溶液作为淋洗液,梯度洗脱,洗脱程序:0 min:6 mmol/L;8 min:6 mmol/L;20 min:30 mmol/L;25 min;30 mmol/L;30 min:6 mmol/L。检测器为电导检测器,检测方式为抑制电导检测,用阀切换在线基体消除法对供试品溶液进样后在线处理,流速:1 mL/min;进样量:5μL。亚硝酸盐浓度在0.075~7.5μg/mL范围内呈现良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为Y=3399.54 X+144.957,r=0.9995,检测限为0.004 ng/mL,定量限为0.01 ng/mL。平均回收率分别为96%、102%、96%、100%、96%、96%、96%、101%、98%。RSD为3.8%(n=9)。本方法稳定性好、灵敏度高、分析速度快、选择性好,可用于奥硝唑分散片中亚硝酸盐测定。An ion chromatography method for the determination of nitrite in ornidazole dispersible tablets was established.A Dionex IonPac^(TM) AS18 anion exchange chromatography column(250 mm×4.0 mm,5μm)was used.Potassium hydroxide solution as eluent,with gradient elution,elution procedure were as follows:0 min:6 mmol/L;8 min:6 mmol/L;20 min:30 mmol/L;25 min:30 mmol/L;30 min:6 mmol/L.The detector was a conductivity detector,and the detection method is to suppress conductivity detection.The online matrix elimination method was used to switch the valve and process the test solution online after injection,with a flow rate of 1 mL/min;Injection volume was 5μL.The nitrite concentration showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.075~7.5μg/mL.The linear regression equation was Y=3399.54X+144.957,r=0.9995,with a detection limit of 0.04μg/mL and a quantification limit of 0.08μg/mL.The average recovery rates were 96%,102%,96%,100%,96%,96%,96%,101%,and 98%,respectively.RSD was 3.8%(n=9).The method has good stability,high sensitivity,fast analysis speed,and good selectivity,and can be used for the determination of nitrite in metronidazole dispersible tablets.
