摘　　要：本设计针对工业废水COD和BOD_(5)两项主要指标较高的特点,在进行工艺比选之后采取活性污泥法。通过成本控制和参数设定,并依据排放标准,对工艺流程设计计算和设备选型都做了相应的合适选择和设定。本设计实例日处理量为10 000 m^(3)的工业废水,进水水质的三项主要指标为:COD=360 mg/L,BOD_(5)=200 mg/L,SS=200 mg/L等。经过处理的废水,符合《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-96)中规定的一级标准,出水水质的三项主要指标按要求为:COD=60 mg/L,BOD_(5)=20 mg/L,SS=20 mg/L等。Aiming to address the high COD and BOD_(5) indicators in industrial wastewater,and after process comparison,adopting the activated sludge method,through cost control and parameter setting,based on emission standards,appropriate choices and settings were made for process design calculations and equipment selection.This design example had a daily processing capacity of 10000 m^(3)of industrial wastewater,and the three main indicators of inlet water quality were as follows:COD=360 mg/L,BOD_(5)=200 mg/L,SS=200 mg/L,etc.The treated wastewater met the first level standard specified in the Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB8978-96),and the three main indicators of effluent quality were as follows:COD=60 mg/L,BOD_(5)=20 mg/L,SS=20 mg/L,etc.
