摘  要:武汉市某污水处理厂CASS工艺于2019年通过在CASS池增加搅拌器,新建高效沉淀池等方式完成了提标升级,出水标准从一级B提高至一级A标准。但随着进水水质浓度临近设计值,又要处理水量达到设计值的双重压力,TN达表压力较大。通过实施对比研究CASS工艺前置反硝化和后置反硝化脱氮效果。结果表明,CASS工艺后置反硝化过程,是充分利用沉淀及滗水阶段的泥水混合时空,使反硝化更彻底,同等情况下,反硝化脱氮量为前置反硝化脱氮量的2倍。In 2019,CASS process of a sewage plant in Wuhan completed the upgrading of CASS process by adding a stirrer in CASS tank and building a new high-efficiency sedimentation tank,and the effluent standard was raised from the first level B to the first level A standard.However,with the concentration of influent water quality approaching the design value,and under the dual pressure of treating the water volume to reach the design value,the pressure of TN reaching the standard was greater.The effect of pre-denitrification and post-denitrification denitrification in CASS process was studied by comparison.The results showed that the post-denitrification process of CASS process was more thorough by making full use of the mixing time and space of sludge and water in the precipitation and decanting stages,and the denitrification amount was twice that of pre-denitrification.
