摘  要:本研究聚焦上海市长宁区近五年(2019-2023年)的环境空气质量变化,通过整合多源监测数据,深入剖析其污染演变规律。研究发现,长宁区空气质量整体向好,优良天数比例有所提升,但臭氧(O_(3))污染问题逐渐凸显,成为阻碍空气质量向更高标准迈进的关键限制因子。除2023年O3超标1μg/m^(3)外,其余主要污染物如二氧化氮(NO_(2))、二氧化硫(SO_(2))、一氧化碳(CO)、可吸入颗粒物(PM_(10))、细颗粒物(PM_(2.5))等均达标,且部分污染物浓度达到一级标准。从污染结构来看,O3不仅是首要污染物中占比最高者,其污染指数也呈现上行态势。基于此,提出协同管控臭氧前体物、精细化治理扬尘与移动源、完善区域联防联控机制等对策建议,以期为长宁区乃至其他类似地区的空气质量改善提供科学依据和实践指导,推动从“末端治理”向“源头防控”转型,助力生态宜居城区建设。This study investigated the changes in ambient air quality in Changning District,Shanghai,over the past five years(2019-2023).By integrating multi-source monitoring data,the pollution evolution patterns were comprehensively analyzed.The results indicated an overall improvement in air quality,with an increased proportion of days classified as“good air quality”.However,ozone(O_(3))pollution emerged as a critical limiting factor impeding further air quality enhancement.Except for O_(3)exceeding the standard by 1μg/m^(3)in 2023,other major pollutants,including NO_(2),SO_(2),CO,PM10,and PM_(2.5)-remained within national standards,with some even attaining stricter Grade I limits.In terms of pollution composition,O3 not only ranked highest in frequency as the primary pollutant but also exhibited an upward trend in its pollution index.Based on these findings,strategic recommendations were proposed,such as coordinating control of ozone precursors,refining management of dust and mobile sources,and improving regional joint prevention and control mechanisms.These strategies aimed to provide scientific and practical guidance for air quality improvement in Changning district and similar regions,facilitating a transition from"end-of-pipe treatment"to"source prevention and control"thereby advancing the development of an ecologically livable urban area.
