摘　　要：在污水处理过程中,生物发酵和化学反应过程会造成一些有毒气体的产生,尤其是在生化反应和污泥处理阶段。针对污泥脱水机房臭气逸散严重等问题,为提高臭气收集率和收集浓度、改善工作人员作业环境,我们对污泥压榨车间改造新增了一套臭气吸除装置。具体改造如下:(1)拆除原有整体加盖的阳光棚和垂帘;(2)根据单台压榨机尺寸,降低钢架高度至2 m,人员操作面顶部安装光面离心式空气幕和电动防风卷帘,其余三面设塑料垂帘(磁条密闭),顶部安装阳光板,通过遥控器控制电动防风卷帘;(3)压榨设备运行需人工操作时,开启离心风幕机形成气帘阻止臭气散逸,操作人员站立于气帘之外,这样既隔绝了臭气外溢,同时不影响人员操作设备;设备停机时,关闭电动卷帘即可使压榨机外罩密闭隔绝臭气。经过改造后可大幅提升臭气的收集和处理效率,保障了员工的健康安全。本改造操作简单,费用较低,具有良好的实际推广意义。During the actual operation of the sewage treatment plant,a large amount of odorous pollutants are released,especially in the pretreatment section,biochemical treatment area and sludge treatment workshop.These pollutants can seriously harm human health,economic construction activities and environmental quality,in order to address the severe odor emissions in the sludge dewatering machine room,improve odor collection efficiency and concentration,and enhance the working environment for staff,a set of odor suction and removal devices were added during the renovation of the sludge press workshop.The specific modifications were as follows:the original sunlight shed and integrated curtain covering were remaked.The steel frame height was reduced to 2 m according to the size of a single press.A smooth centrifugal air curtain and an electric windproof roller shutter were installed on the top of the personnel operation surface.Plastic vertical curtains were installed on the other three sides(sealed with magnetic strips),and a sunlight plate was installed on the top.The electric windproof roller shutter was controlled via a remote controller.When manual operation of the press equipment was required,the centrifugal air curtain was activated to form an air barrier that prevents odor escape.Operators stand outside the air curtain,which not only blocks odor overflow but also did not hinder equipment operation.When the equipment was shut down,the electric roller shutter was closed to airtighten the press cover and isolate odors.After the renovation,odor collection and treatment efficiency were significantly improved,ensuring employee health and safety.The renovation was simple and cost-effective,with practical significance for promotion.
