摘  要:化工行业在经济上至关重要,但其排放的废水和废气却带来了严重的环境问题,急需应用这一技术来实现低排放。通过文献研究发现,国外的相关研究大多集中在普适性较差的大型化工企业;虽然国内有所探索,但起步较晚,这一点和国外相比还是有差距的。本研究为验证技术应用效果,采用案例分析和数据统计方法,对国内外化工企业典型案例及处理数据进行深入分析。研究的创新之处在于,综合分析不同类型和规模的化工企业案例,探索普适性应用模式,并尝试将新兴数据分析技术与传统统计质量控制技术相结合,为化工行业废水废气低排放的技术革新与广泛应用提供新的思路。The chemical industry is economically crucial,but the wastewater and waste gas discharged bring serious environmental problems,and it is urgent to apply this technology to achieve low emissions.Through literature research,it is found that most foreign studies are focused on large chemical enterprises with poor universality.Despiting the domestic exploration,it started late,which was still far from foreign countries.In order to verify the application effect of the technology in this study,case analysis and data statistics were used to deeply analyze the typical cases and processing data of domestic and foreign chemical enterprises.The innovation of the research laid in the comprehensive analysis of the cases of different types and scales of chemical enterprises,exploring the universal application mode,and trying to combine the emerging data analysis technology with the traditional statistical quality control technology,so as to provide new ideas for the technical innovation and wide application of the low emission of wastewater and waste gas in the chemical industry.
