芬顿氧化与电催化氧化处理焦化废水浓缩液的研究

摘  要:焦化废水属于极难降解的高浓度有机废水,成分复杂,极具毒性。本文针对河北邯郸某焦化企业蒸氨废水末端RO工艺产生的浓缩液,采用芬顿、电解作为氧化技术对焦化废水的RO浓缩液进行深度处理,考察了这两种技术对废水COD的去除效果,并从停留时间、COD去除效果等对这两种技术进行了比较。采用芬顿氧化处理RO浓缩液实验中,以正交试验为主,确定芬顿氧化浓缩液时结果影响程度为H_(2)O_(2):COD>pH>H_(2)O_(2)∶Fe^(2+)>反应时间,本正交试验下,最佳COD去除效果时的反应条件为:H_(2)O_(2):COD=3,H_(2)O_(2):Fe^(2+)=1,pH=4,反应时间t=4 h,COD去除率58%;采用单因素实验考察电流密度对电解处理RO浓缩液的影响,电流密度增大,COD去除效果越明显,但能耗也相应更大;最后联用芬顿+电解氧化为最适宜的工艺,COD总去除率80.7%,成本小,能耗低。Coking wastewater is a kind of highly concentrated organic wastewater which is very difficult to degrade.Fenton and electrolysis were used as oxidation technologies to further treat the concentrated liquid produced from the terminal RO process of ammonia distillation wastewater of a coking enterprise in Handan,Hebei.The effect of these two technologies on COD removal in wastewater was investigated,and the residence time and COD removal effect of these two technologies were compared.In the experiment of Fenton oxidation treatment of RO concentrated liquid,orthogonal test was mainly used to determine the influence degree of Fenton oxidation concentrated liquid as H_(2)O_(2)∶COD>pH>H_(2)O_(2)∶Fe^(2+),reaction time.Under this orthogonal test,the optimal reaction conditions for COD removal were as follows:H_(2)O_(2)∶COD=3,H_(2)O_(2)∶Fe^(2+)=1,pH=4,reaction time=4 h,and COD removal rate was 58%;Single factor experiment was used to investigate the effect of current density on the electrolytic treatment of RO concentrated liquid.With the increase of current density,COD removal effect was more obvious,but the energy consumption was also higher.Finally,Fenton+electrolytic oxidation was the most suitable process,and the total COD removal rate was 80.7%.
