摘  要:在石油化工生产装置中,离心泵若长时间处于偏离高效区间的运行状态,且振动值一直偏高,将存在安全隐患。因此,本文深入剖析了通过叶轮切削来降低离心泵振动值的有效方法,提供叶轮切削的理论数据,并针对切削后的验收状况进行探讨。目的在于优化离心泵的运行状态,保障安全生产,实现节能降耗,为石油化工领域提供参考,促进生产过程向高效、稳定以及可持续的方向发展。In petrochemical production facilities,if the centrifugal pump operates outside the high-efficiency range for a long time and the vibration value remains high,there will be safety hazards.Therefore,the effective methods of reducing the vibration value of centrifugal pumps through impeller cutting were analyzed theoretical data on impeller cutting was provided,and the acceptance status after cutting was exploresd.The purpose was to optimize the operating status of centrifugal pumps,ensure safe production,achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction,provide reference for the petrochemical industry,and promote the development of production processes towards high efficiency,stability and sustainability.
