摘  要:随着环境污染和能源危机的日益加重,高效环保的储能设备开始走入人们的视野当中,其中以具有高能量密度的锂离子电池为代表的储能动力电池成为了人们重点研究的对象。而随着全球新能源汽车产量高速增长,对储能动力电池的需求不断扩大,作为原材料之一的单水氢氧化锂在动力电池行业应用大幅上升、动力电池质量不断提高,微粉氢氧化锂的需求也将增加,对微粉氢氧化锂流散性、产品粒度、形貌的要求也更加严格。但微粉氢氧化锂在储存和运输中容易结块,这将严重影响产品的质量以及引起不必要的退货和再加工。本文论述了微粉氢氧化锂结块的原因以及预防措施。With the increasing severity of environmental pollution and energy crisis,efficient and environmentally friendly energy storage equipment has begun to enter public attention,among which energy storage power batteries represented by high-energy-density lithium-ion batteries have become the focus of research.As global production of new energy vehicles grows rapidly,driving expanding demand for energy storage power batteries,single-water lithium hydroxide,a critical raw material in the power battery industry,plays a key role in battery quality.Consequently,the demand for micro-powder lithium hydroxide is rising,with stricter requirements for its dispersibility,particle size and appearance.However,powdered lithium hydroxide easily agglomerates during storage and transportation,severely affecting product quality and causing unnecessary returns and reprocessing.The causes and preventive measures of micro-powder lithium hydroxide agglomeration were explored.
