摘 要:随着环境保护在我国日益得到重视,外排废水也逐渐得到更加严格的控制,高参数火电厂的脱硫废水是一个重要管控目标,而脱硫废水旁路烟道蒸发干燥技术是现今高参数火电厂达到废水零排放的主流方法。本研究针对某高参数火电厂2×600 MW和2×1000 MW机组的旁路烟道蒸发系统进行评估分析,探讨了烟气流量、烟气温度、机组负荷对脱硫废水处理效果的影响,并提出优化建议。研究表明:旁路烟气进入量应为总烟气5%左右;进出口烟气温差为200℃左右为最优;优化脱硫废水喷雾方式,调节喷雾喷嘴,以增加热交换面积;烟气由上进下出改为下进上出,采用对流传热,提升热交换效率。With the increasing attention to environmental protection in China,the effluent wastewater has gradually been more strictly controlled,and the desulfurization wastewater of high-parameter thermal power plants is an important control target,and the evaporative drying technology of desulfurization wastewater bypass flue is the mainstream method for high-parameter thermal power plants to achieve zero wastewater discharge.The bypass flue evaporation system of 2×600 MW and 2×1000 MW units of a high-parameter thermal power plant was evaluated and analyzed,and the effects of flue gas flow,flue gas temperature and unit load on the treatment effect of desulfurization wastewater were discussed,and optimization suggestions were put forward.The results showed that the bypass flue gas inlet should be about 5%of the total flue gas.The temperature difference between the inlet and outlet flue gas was about 200℃.The spraying method of desulfurization wastewater was optinized,and adjust the spray nozzle to increase the heat exchange area was adjusted.The flue gas was changed from top in and bottom to bottom and out,and convective heat transfer was used to improve the heat exchange efficiency.
