总胶量对自密实高强混凝土J环性能影响研究

摘  要:在保证其它组份、比例不变的情况下,制备自密实高强混凝土,以胶凝材料总量分别为500kg、530kg、560kg作变量因子,研究总胶量对自密实高强混凝土自由坍落和J环阻隔坍落下的扩展时间、扩展度、坍落度及J环阻隔高差发展变化规律。结果表明:相比于自由坍落,J环阻隔能大幅增加扩展时间,平均增加19.9S,平均增幅为3.6倍;J环阻隔能减小扩展度,平均减小77mm,平均减幅为10%;J环阻隔能减小坍落度,平均减小15mm,平均减幅为6%。随着总胶量增加,J环高差ΔH越来越小,平均减小3.875mm;总胶量的增加能增大自密实混凝土的间隙通过性。Under the condition of keeping other components and proportions unchanged,self-compacting high-strength concrete was prepared.The total amount of cementitious materials was 500kg,530kg,and 560kg,respectively,as variable factors.The influence of total cementitious content on the expansion time,expansion degree,slump,and Jring barrier height difference of self-compacting high-strength concrete under free collapse and J-ring barrier collapse was studied.The results show that compared to free collapse,the J-ring barrier energy significantly increases the extension time,with an average increase of 19.9 seconds and an average increase of 3.6 times;The Jring barrier can reduce the degree of expansion,with an average reduction of 77mm and an average reduction of 10%;J-ring barrier can reduce slump,with an average reduction of 15mm and an average reduction of 6%.As the total amount of adhesive increases,the height difference of J-ringΔH is getting smaller and smaller,with an average decrease of 3.875mm;An increase in total adhesive content can increase the gap permeability of self-compacting concrete.
