摘 要:资源丰富、利于环保,机制砂被广泛应用,但机制砂的石粉含量及MB值对混凝土生产影响较大,研究机制砂石粉含量及MB值对混凝土性能的影响至关重要。分别采用4种不同石粉含量及MB值的机制砂制备混凝土,并研究石粉含量及MB值对混凝土工作性能和力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:机制砂石粉含量及MB值提高,外加剂掺量相应提高,混凝土和易性提升,但过高混凝土变粘,且经时损失变大,故机制砂石粉含量及MB值控制在12%和2.0,混凝土工作性能良好,施工质量稳定。石粉含量及MB值提高,混凝土先提高后降低,且在石粉含量12%及MB值2.0时有最大值,适宜的石粉含量及MB值能提高混凝土密实度,从而提高混凝土强度。It is rich in resources and beneficial to environmental protection,so manufactured sand is widely used.However,the stone powder content and MB value of manufactured sand have great influence on concrete production,so it is very important to study the influence of stone powder content and MB value of manufactured sand on concrete performance.Four kinds of manufactured sand with different stone powder content and MB value were used to prepare concrete,and the effects of stone powder content and MB value on the working and mechanical properties of concrete were studied.The test results show that the stone powder content and MB value of manufactured sand increase,the admixture content increases correspondingly,and the workability of concrete improves,but the concrete becomes viscous and the time loss increases,so the stone powder content and MB value of manufactured sand are controlled at 12% and 2.0,and the concrete has good working performance and stable construction quality.With the increase of stone powder content and MB value,concrete first increases and then decreases,and the maximum value is reached when the stone powder content is 12%and MB value is 2.0.The appropriate stone powder content and MB value can improve the density of concrete,thus improving the strength of concrete.
