摘 要:通过正交试验,选取水胶比、砂率、粉煤灰和硅灰掺量作为影响因素,以工作性能、力学性能和表观质量为评价体系,开展机制砂自密实混凝土配合比优化。结果显示,水胶比、砂率、粉煤灰和硅灰掺量对混凝土性能有显著影响。通过极差分析,确定了最优配合比参数:水胶比0.38,砂率48%,粉煤灰掺量20%,硅灰掺量3%。优化后的混凝土拌合物具有良好的工作性能和表观质量,其性能优于普通混凝土。Through orthogonal test,water cement ratio,sand rate,fly ash and silica fume admixture were selected as the influencing factors,and working performance,mechanical performance and apparent quality were used as the evaluation system to carry out the optimization of self-compacting concrete mix ratio with manufactured sand.The results show that the water-cement ratio,sand rate,fly ash and silica fume admixture have a significant effect on the concrete properties.Through extreme difference analysis,the optimal mix parameters were determined:watercement ratio of 0.38,sand rate of 48%,fly ash dosage of 20%,and silica fume dosage of 3%.The optimized concrete mix has good working performance and apparent quality,and its performance is better than that of ordinary concrete.
