关于沥青混合料预制板在沥青路面修补中的应用研究

摘　　要：随着交通流量的增加和道路使用年限的增长,沥青路面的病害问题日益突出。本文依托国道G228翔安南路部分路段路面修复工程,对沥青混合料预制板在沥青路面修补中的应用展开研究,阐述了预制板的材料组成、制作工艺、性能优势,详细介绍了其在实际路面修补工程中的施工流程和质量控制措施,并通过具体工程案例分析了其应用效果。结果表明,沥青混合料预制板在提高路面修补效率、保证修补质量、减少交通干扰等方面具有显著优势,为沥青路面的快速、高效修补提供了一种可行的解决方案。With the increase of traffic flow and the growth of road service years,the problems of asphalt pavement diseases are becoming increasingly prominent.This paper,based on the repair project of some sections of National Highway G228 Xiang'an South Road,studies the application of prefabricated asphalt mixture panels in asphalt pavement repair.It elaborates on the material composition,production process,and performance advantages of the prefabricated panels.Furthermore,it details the construction procedures and quality control measures employed in actual pavement repair projects.Through specific engineering case analyses,the application effects of these panels are evaluated.The results indicate that prefabricated asphalt mixture panels have significant advantages in improving repair efficiency,ensuring repair quality,and reducing traffic interference,providing a viable solution for the rapid and efficient repair of asphalt pavements.
