摘 要:SDG密度仪采用电磁学原理,用于路基填土压实度检测,能够实现现场填土密实度的快速无损检测,实时检验与控制填土压实质量。通过针对某工程现场带回的施工用土在实验室进行掺石灰改良处理,通过对SDG密度仪检测法和传统的环刀法进行实验对比研究,观察到SDG密度仪在测定过程中呈现出较为稳定的性能,波动范围相对较小。尤其在对石灰土的压实度和干密度测定方面,其准确性相较于传统的环刀法更为显著。然而,需要注意的是在含水率的测定中,SDG密度仪可能存在一定的误差。这可能需要进一步的研究和改进,以提高其在含水率检测方面的精确性,使其在土壤性质全面评估中表现更为全面和可靠。The SDG densimeter adopts the principle of electromagnetism,which is used to detect the compactness of subgrade filling.It can realize the rapid and non-destructive detection of the compactness of filling soil on site,and test and control the compaction quality of filling soil in real time.Through the lime improvement treatment of the construction soil brought back from a project site in the laboratory and the experimental comparison between the SDG densimeter detection method and the traditional ring knife method,it is observed that the SDG densimeter shows a relatively stable performance during the measurement process,and the fluctuation range is relatively small.Especially in the determination of compactness and dry density of lime soil,its accuracy is more significant than that of the traditional ring knife method.However,it should be noted that there may be some errors in the determination of water content by SDG densimeter.This may require further research and improvement to improve its accuracy in moisture content detection and make it more comprehensive and reliable in the comprehensive assessment of soil properties.
