摘 要:含泥量是影响混凝土质量的关键指标之一,利用泥粉颗粒对溶液光照强度的影响,提出了一种基于光电强度分析的集料含泥量快速检测方法,建立了天然砂、花岗岩机制砂、石灰岩碎石三种集料含泥量的快速检测模型。与国标检测方法对比,检测结果偏差为0.16%~0.37%,检测用时仅为国标法的1%,实现了集料含泥量的快速、高精度检测。Mud content is one of the key indicators affecting concrete quality.This study proposes a rapid detection method for aggregate mud content based on photoelectric intensity analysis by leveraging the influence of clay particles on light intensity.Rapid detection models were established for three types of aggregates:natural sand,granite manufactured sand,and limestone crushed stone.Compared with the national standard testing method,the deviation of detection results ranges from 0.16% to 0.37%,while the detection time is reduced to only 1% of that required by the national standard method.This approach achieves rapid and high-precision detection of aggregate mud content.
