摘 要:本文系统探讨了清水混凝土的生产工艺与质量控制方法,并结合其实际应用,提出优化策略。研究表明,原材料选择和科学配比显著影响清水混凝土的抗压强度与耐久性。通过对比实验发现,水胶比(W/C)控制在0.35~0.40时,混凝土密实度提升约20%,抗渗性能增强。本研究分析了生产过程中的关键控制点,骨料级配、搅拌时间及养护措施的协同控制是保证表面质量与耐久性等物理机械性能的关键,为优化清水混凝土的生产与质量控制提供了理论依据与实践指导,助力绿色建筑发展。This paper system explores the production process and quality control methods for fair-faced concrete and proposes an optimization strategy in conjunction with its practical application.The studies show that raw material selection and scientific matching significantly affect the resistance and durability of fair-faced concrete.A comparison of the test found that at 0.35 to 0.40,the water platitude(w/c)was increased by about 20% in concrete density and increased in anti-permeability.The study analyzed key control points in the production process,and the coordinated control of aggregate gradation,mixing times and conservation measures is the key to ensure the physical and mechanical performance,such as surface quality and durability,which provides theoretical and practical guidance for optimizing the production and quality control of fair-faced concrete and contributes to the development of green buildings.
