摘　　要：本文针对一座特定的单层木结构建筑,通过实地勘查与专业检测,对其结构状态进行了全面评估与等级划分,并针对性地提出了处理建议,旨在为该建筑的后续维护与加固工程奠定坚实的科学基础,同时,通过这一实践案例,为同类型木结构建筑的定期检测、鉴定与维护工作提供了宝贵的经验借鉴与理论支持。In this paper,for a specific single-story wooden structure house,through field investigation and professional testing,its structural condition is comprehensively assessed and graded,and treatment recommendations are proposed,aiming at providing a solid scientific foundation for the subsequent maintenance and strengthening engineering of the building.At the same time,this practical case provides valuable experience and theoretical support for the regular inspection,appraisal and maintenance of the same type of wooden buildings.
