摘 要:文章探讨了运用红外热成像技术进行混凝土桥梁安全性能的非破坏性检测。首先,针对混凝土桥梁中难以觉察的内部缺陷,如空洞,提出了一种新的检测方法。该方法通过构建不同深度和体积空洞的混凝土试块模型,收集试块表面的温度数据,并应用专业分析软件进行处理。分析结果显示,空洞越接近表面,其上方区域的温度差异越明显,有助于更准确地定位和识别这些缺陷。此外,研究还发现,当空洞深度一定时,空洞体积越大,其相关区域的温度变化也更加显著。This article explores the non-destructive testing of the safety performance of concrete bridges using infrared thermal imaging technology.Firstly,a new detection method is proposed for internal defects that are difficult to detect in concrete bridges,such as voids.This method constructs concrete specimen models with different depths and volumes of voids,collects temperature data on the surface of the specimens,and applies professional analysis software for processing.The analysis results show that the closer the cavity is to the surface,the more significant the temperature difference in the area above it,which helps to more accurately locate and identify these defects.In addition,the study also found that when the depth of the cavity is constant,the larger the volume of the cavity,the more significant the temperature change in its related area.
