摘  要:宿舍楼主楼采用灌注桩、裙楼及地下室采用筏板+抗浮锚杆基础,针对宿舍楼裙楼底板标高局部有5~10m深淤泥及素填土,进行高压旋喷桩地基处理形成复合地基,复合地基地基承载力特征值、旋喷桩单桩承载力特征值、单桩无侧限抗压强度均合格,为类似工程提供参考。The main building of the dormitory employs bored piles,while the podium and basement utilize a raft foundation with anti-floating anchors.In response to the presence of 5~10 meters deep silt and plain fill in certain areas of the podium floor elevation,high pressure rotary jet piles were used for foundation treatment to form a composite foundation.The characteristic values of the composite foundation's bearing capacity,the single pile bearing capacity of the jet grouting piles,and the unconfined compressive strength of the single piles all meet the required standards,providing a reference for similar projects.
