摘 要:木材是建筑业常用的绿色建材,应用十分广泛。但自身性能导致干缩开裂是木结构中无法避免的缺陷,而通过物理手段将木构件做成破心下料木构件,能够减小木构件收缩应力,大大降低木构件干缩开裂。为此本文针对破心下料木构件进行湿度场空间分布研究,通过ABAQUS进行有限元分析,运用控制变量确定破心下料木构件湿度场空间分布的影响因素,并得出木构件内部不同位置湿度场分布是不同的;环境相对湿度的长周期变化相较短周期变化对湿度场影响更明显;环境相对湿度变化对木构件内部湿度场影响明显;与髓心居中木构件相比,破心下料木构件最大湿度应力处于构件边缘,能够有效防止木构件干缩开裂的结论。Wood is a commonly used green building material in the construction industry and is widely used.However,dry shrinkage cracking caused by its own performance is an unavoidable defect in the wood structure,and the shrinkage and cracking of wood components can be reduced by physical means to make wood components into broken core cutting wood components,which can reduce the shrinkage stress of wood components and greatly reduce the dry shrinkage cracking of wood components.Therefore,in this paper,the spatial distribution of humidity field was studied for the broken wood components,and the finite element analysis was carried out by ABAQUS,and the influencing factors of the spatial distribution of the humidity field of the broken wood components were determined by using control variables,and it was concluded that the humidity field distribution at different positions inside the wood components was different.The long-term change of environmental relative humidity has a more obvious effect on the humidity field than the short-term change.The change of environmental relative humidity has a significant effect on the internal humidity field of wood components.Compared with the wood in the center of the pith,the maximum humidity stress of the broken wood is at the edge of the component,which can effectively prevent the dryness and cracking of the wood component.
