摘  要:本文以广州白云(棠溪)站综合交通枢纽SF/SG大跨度双向不对称跨线桥为背景,对该型桥梁转体施工不平衡称重展开试验研究。结合该桥双向不对称特性,提出了三点顶推称重试验方法,阐明了不平衡称重试验的具体实现路径及测试原理。根据试验结果得到了转动体的不平衡力矩、偏心距、摩擦力矩等转体参数,提出了该转体桥的优化配重方案。试验研究与工程实践表明,三点顶推称重试验方法对双向不对称转体桥具有良好的适用性,可为同类桥梁称重试验与转体施工提供依据。This paper presents the results of an unbalanced weighing test conducted on the SF/SG large-span bidirectional asymmetric cross-line bridge at Guangzhou Baiyun(Tangxi)Station Comprehensive Transportation Hub.The test was carried out with the bridge as the engineering background.To account for the bidirectional asymmetric characteristics of the bridge,a three-point jacking weighing test method was proposed.The specific method and test principle of the unbalanced weighing test are elaborated.The test results provid information on the unbalance moment,eccentricity distance,friction moment,and other rotating parameters of the rotating body.Additionally,a counterweight program for this rotating bridge was proposed.The engineering practice and testing demonstrate that the three-point jacking weighing test method is feasible for two-way asymmetric rotating bridges.This method can serve as a reference for the weighing test and rotating construction of similar rotating bridges.
