摘 要:通过资料搜集、理论分析,阐述厂房钢框架岩棉夹芯板防火隔墙存在的问题、钢框架岩棉夹芯板防火隔墙特征,再围绕确定分析思路、制定试验方案、设置相关参数、准备试验试件、布置试验测点、试验开展、结果归纳分析,以期更加全面、深入地探索厂房钢框架岩棉夹芯板防火隔墙耐火及稳定性。结果表明:在13000s时温升达到最高点,钢框架岩棉夹芯板防火隔墙背火面最高温升点70℃,低于常规的岩棉夹芯板防火隔墙的74.1℃,且在后续的高温环境下,其变化幅度不大,明显耐火性、稳定性更高。Through data collection,theoretical analysis,elaboration on the problems of steel-framed rock wool sandwich panel fireproof partition wall of plant,the characteristics of steel-framed rock wool sandwich panel fireproof partition wall,and then around the determination of the analytical idea,the development of the test program,set up the relevant parameters,the preparation of the test specimens,the arrangement of the test points,experimental development,and generalization and analysis of results,with a view to explore the fire resistance and stability of steel frame rock wool sandwich panel fireproof partition wall in a more comprehensive and in-depth manner.The results show that the temperature rise reaches the highest point at 13000s,and the highest temperature rise point on the back fire surface of the steel frame rock wool sandwich panel fireproof partition wall is 70℃,which is lower than that of the conventional rock wool sandwich panel fireproof partition wall of 74.1℃,and in the subsequent high-temperature environment,its change is not significant,so it is obvious that the fire resistance and stability are higher.
