摘 要:节段梁短线匹配法线形控制技术广泛应用于桥梁、建筑等大型结构中,旨在解决节段梁在施工及使用过程中因变形、偏差引起的法线误差问题,确保结构的整体稳定性。本文针对节段梁短线匹配法线形控制的关键技术进行研究,提出了节段梁位移监测、短线匹配算法优化、法线控制误差补偿及智能梁形预测关键技术的应用与实现,为提高法线形控制精度和系统稳定性提供了理论依据。The short line matching normal alignment control technology of segment beams is widely used in large structures such as bridges and buildings,aiming to solve the normal error caused by deformation and deviation during construction and use of segment beams,and ensure the overall stability of the structure.In this paper,the key technologies of segmental beam short-line matching normal alignment control are studied,and the application and implementation of the key technologies of segmental beam displacement monitoring,short-line matching algorithm optimization,normal control error compensation and intelligent beam shape prediction are proposed,which provides a theoretical basis for improving the accuracy of normal alignment control and system stability.
