摘  要:硼硅玻璃生产过程中烟气处理技术存在NOx排放超标、系统堵塞及B2O3脱除率低等问题。本文根据不同工况,通过降温、调质、除尘、脱硝、除硼等工序结合提出处理硼硅玻璃熔窑烟气的四种方案。其中SNCR脱硝+布袋除尘方案应用于本公司项目,案例分析显示,采用SNCR+布袋除尘方案可稳定控制NOx≤240mg/Nm^(3)、粉尘≤7mg/Nm^(3)。该技术兼顾环保达标与经济性,为硼硅玻璃行业提供了可推广的烟气治理方案。The flue gas treatment technology in the production process of borosilicate glass has problems such as excessive NOx emissions,system blockage,and low B2O3 removal rate.In this paper,according to different working conditions,through the combination of cooling,conditioning,dust removal,denitrification,boron removal and other processes to put forward the treatment of borosilicate glass melting kiln flue gas of the four programs.Among them,SNCR denitrification+bag dedusting program is applied to our project.The case analysis shows that the use of SNCR+bag dust removal scheme can stably control NOx≤240mg/Nm^(3)and dust≤7mg/Nm^(3),with an annual operating cost of about 320000 yuan and a system synchronous operation rate of 100%.This technology balances environmental compliance with economic considerations,providing a scalable flue gas treatment solution for the borosilicate glass industry.
