摘  要:本文研究了1-乙基-2-氧代-3-磺甲基-4-甲基-5-氨基甲酰基-6-羟基-吡啶酮的合成工艺,通过实验找到了该中间体的最佳合成路线。考察了反应pH值条件、反应温度、物料配比、反应时间等因素对合成结果的影响。在最优条件下,该中间体的液相纯度达到98%以上,总收率达到97%以上,且合成过程不产生废水,得到的产物无需提纯,直接用于活性染料的合成。The synthesis process of 5-(Aminocarbonyl)-1-ethyl-1,2-dihydro-6-hydroxy-4-methyl-2-oxo-3-pyridinemethanesulfonic acid was studied.The optimum synthesis route of the intermediate was obtained by experiments.The effect factors such as reaction pH,reaction temperature,molar ratio and reaction time on the reaction was investigated.In the optimum condition,the HPLC purity was 98%,the yield was 97%.The synthesis process was wastewater-free,and the obtained product does not require purification and could be directly used in the synthesis of reactive dyes.
