摘  要:本文介绍了一种2,6-双(2,4-二羟基苄基)-4-甲基苯酚的液相色谱分析方法。采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器对乙腈溶解的2,6-双(2,4-二羟基苄基)-4-甲基苯酚产品中有机组份(2,6-双(2,4-二羟基苄基)-4-甲基苯酚(主成分)、间苯二酚、2,6-二羟甲基对甲酚)进行分离,进而对2,6-双(2,4-二羟基苄基)-4-甲基苯酚进行定性、定量实验,纯度定性以标准品保留时间为准,外标定量对比标准品峰面积。方法研究中主要以色谱柱选择、流动相种类、流速、最大吸收波长等条件进行实验研究,最终确立分析方法并验证。所得方法具有高效、准确、快速等优点,为合成工艺的开发提供较大的技术支持。A method for the analysis of 2,6-bis(2,4-dihydroxybenzyl)-4-methylphenol by liquid chromatography is introduced.The components(2,6-bis(2,4-dihydroxybenzyl)-4-methylphenol)dissolved in acetonitrile were separated by high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector,and then the components(2,6-bis(2,4-dihydroxybenzyl)-4-methylphenol(main component),resorcinol and 2,6-dihydroxymethyl-p-cresol)were analyzed.the experimental research was mainly based on the conditions of chromatographic column selection,mobile phase type,flow rate and maximum absorption wavelength,and finally the analysis method was established and verified.The obtained method has the advantages of high efficiency,accuracy and rapidity,which provides great technical support for the development of synthetic process.
