摘 要:随着制造业对高精度和高效率的需求不断增加,传统数控加工面临着工艺优化不足、生产效率低下等挑战。智能制造技术通过物联网、大数据、人工智能等手段,能够实现加工过程的实时监控、数据分析和参数优化。研究重点分析了智能制造在数控编程、加工过程控制和工艺数据分析等方面的应用,探索了如何通过智能化技术提升加工精度、降低生产成本、提高生产效率以及延长设备使用寿命。通过分析,展示了智能制造技术在数控加工中的实际应用效果,为推动智能制造技术在数控加工工艺优化中的广泛应用提供了理论支持和实践指导。With the increasing demand for high precision and efficiency in the manufacturing industry,traditional CNC machining is facing challenges such as insufficient process optimization and low production efficiency.Intelligent manufacturing technology can achieve real-time monitoring,data analysis,and parameter optimization of the machining process through means such as the Internet of Things,big data,and artificial intelligence.The research focuses on analyzing the application of intelligent manufacturing in CNC programming,machining process control,and process data analysis,exploring how to improve machining accuracy,reduce production costs,improve production efficiency,and extend equipment service life through intelligent technology.Through analysis,the practical application effect of intelligent manufacturing technology in CNC machining was demonstrated,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting the widespread application of intelligent manufacturing technology in CNC machining process optimization.
