摘　　要：为提升气象服务现代化手段,助力麻江县农业产业防灾减灾,研究开发麻江县农业产业防灾减灾智能服务终端系统。系统基于B/S模式,采用Asp.net开发,数据库采用MSSQL,系统主界面采用OpenLayers框架,以天地图地图作为底图,集成当前流行的Html 5、Turf、短信电话语音Web API接口等先进技术,实现气象要素监测、气象灾害监测、预警预报产品查看和语音、短信及电话智能化主动报警叫应功能,化被动为主动,为农业产业决策和气象防灾减灾提供技术支撑。To enhance the modernization of meteorological services and assist Majiang County in disaster prevention and mitigation,the intelligent service terminal system for disaster prevention and mitigation in Majiang County’s agricultural industry was researched and developed.The system is based on B/S mode,developed using Asp.net,with MSSQL database.The main interface of the system uses the OpenLayers framework,with the Tian Map as the background map.It integrates popular technologies such as Html 5,Turf,SMS phone voice Web API interface,to achieve meteorological element monitoring,meteorological disaster monitoring,early warning and forecast product viewing,and voice,SMS and telephone intelligent active alarm calling functions.It turns passive into active,providing technical support for agricultural industry decision-making and meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation.
