摘　　要：5G技术的深度融合与云计算、大数据、人工智能的协同创新,正以前所未有的速度催生出一系列互联网新兴业态,推动数字化转型成为国家经济发展的核心驱动力。“新基建”作为面向未来的国家战略,主要致力于5G、人工智能、大数据中心、工业互联网等前沿科技领域的基础设施建设,不仅为经济社会的长远发展奠定坚实基础,也深刻改变了互联网业务的访问模式,实现了从孤立网络到精细化端到端远程访问的跨越式转变。这一过程中,数据价值水涨船高,但同时也加重了外部高级持续性威胁(APT)的风险挑战。在此背景下,基于零信任安全架构的数字身份认证机制成为保障企业安全的关键屏障。众多国央企也积极探索并实践这一先进理念,取得了显著成效与宝贵经验。The deep integration of 5g technology and the collaborative innovation of cloud computing,big data and artificial intelligence are giving birth to a series of new Internet businesses at an unprecedented speed,and promoting digital transformation to become the core driving force of national economic development.As a national strategy for the future,“new infrastructure”focuses on the infrastructure construction in the frontier scientific and technological fields such as 5g,artificial intelligence,big data center and industrial Internet.It not only lays a solid foundation for the long-term development of economy and society,but also profoundly changes the access mode of Internet business,and realizes the leap forward transformation from isolated network to refined end-to-end remote access.In this process,the value of data rose sharply,but it also aggravated the risk challenge of external advanced persistent threats(APT).In this context,the digital identity authentication mechanism based on zero trust security architecture has become the key barrier to ensure the security of enterprises.Many state-owned enterprises also actively explore and practice this advanced concept,and have achieved remarkable results and valuable experience.
